How to make
Boil the noodles in plenty of water for about 5 minutes. Adjust the heat level, as the water may almost spray out. After boiling, transfer the noodles to a colander and rinse them in cold water. If you want to make hot soba, boil the noodles a little harder. Warm the noodles with the noodle soup.
