Deux types de miso de riz sont mélangés pour créer ce miso au goût sucré : le miso doux blanc avec une douceur élégante et le miso blanc sec avec une saveur pleine, puis aromatisé avec du soboroshi de dorade et du sucre. Il peut être utilisé non seulement pour le riz, les boulettes de riz et les boulettes de riz grillées, mais aussi pour des plats tels que le furofuki daikon, le miso dengaku et les plats mijotés.
