How to cook
- Cut eggplant in half lengthwise into 6 pieces.
- Cut the pork into about 5 cm pieces.
- Saute eggplant over medium heat until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
- Add pork and saute over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the this item and saute over medium heat and mix for about 1 minute.
- Arrange in a serving bowl, sprinkle with green onion, and serve!
