How to cook
1. In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil.
2. Make soup by diluting the soup in a bowl with about 280 ml of hot water.
3、Put the noodles in the boiling water in step 1, and boil over high heat for 30 seconds, and over low heat for 30 seconds while unraveling the noodles. (Adjust the hardness of the noodles to your liking.)
4. After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles.
5. Serve with your favorite garnish (green onion or bamboo shoots).

Noodles (wheat flour (manufactured in Japan), reduced syrup, salt/liquorice, brine, kansui, processed starch, (some contain wheat))
Soup (seafood extract (manufactured in Japan), protein hydrolysate, chicken fat, salt, soy sauce, fermented seasoning, pork fat, sugar, chicken extract, kelp extract, yeast extract, flavored cooking oil, pepper powder/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, processed starch, acidifier, caramel color, flavor, (contains wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork (some of which contain wheat, soybeans, chicken, and pork))
Store away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity.
