A beautifully colored mixed rice ingredient with red turnip, nozawana, green perilla, shibazuke pickles, radish, wakame seaweed, and carrots. It can be used not only for omusubi (rice balls) but also for chirashizushi, rice porridge, and pasta. No chemical seasonings are used.
