Japanese style mochi pizza made with rice cakes! If you're hungry, this is for you!
Ingredients
- Cut rice cakes: as much as you like
- Green bell pepper: 1
- Vienna sausage : 1
- Sesame oil : to taste
- Tomato ketchup : as desired
- Pizza cheese: as desired
Method
STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients for the pizza. Cut wiener sausage and green pepper into round slices.
STEP 2
Spread aluminum foil with a thin layer of sesame oil and arrange the rice cakes on the foil.
STEP 3
Spread ketchup on the rice cakes and top with sausage, green pepper and pizza cheese.
STEP 4
Spread out a sheet of plastic wrap and place a sheet of nori on top. Place the egg, Spam, and rice sprinkled with furikake in that order, then roll the egg upside down in the nori.
STEP 5
Place in toaster oven and bake for 5-6 minutes until rice cake slices are tender.
STEP 6
Place on a plate and drizzle with little sesame oil if desired.
