Replacement with a replacement

If there is a check in "Change to a replacement if there is no product" in the options when ordering, we will exchange it for an equivalent or higher priced product. Equivalents or better are the same products but different manufacturers. For example, if you ordered miso soup A but only have miso soup AA or miso soup B in stock, change to miso soup AA. If the price of the equivalent is higher, the billing amount will not change. If the price of an equivalent product becomes cheaper, we will correct the total price at the cheaper price and charge you.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Shipment excluding target products

We will notify you by email that the target product is out of stock. After that, the ordered products will be shipped excluding the target products.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
