Real rice made in a microwave

Real rice that can be made in a microwave oven. The taste of modern Japanese packaged rice is very tasty and just as good as cooked rice.
Just warm it up at 500W for 2 minutes and it is ready to eat!
3 servings of packaged rice are included in the package!

The perfect size for Roll sushi

Nori is indispensable for sushi rolls! There are different types of nori, and I chose “yaki nori” (roasted seaweed)! There is also a type called “dried nori,” which looks the same but has a different crispiness.


Usually vinegar, but…

Sushi rice is made with a vinegar mixture.
It is not regular sushi, but vinegar specially made for sushi called sushi vinegar.
You would think that liquid vinegar would be used, but in most households, this “sushi rice” is used.
The contents are a smooth powder, so the rice will not be sticky with sushi vinegar.

Fresh soy sauce

Soy sauce oxidizes and loses its flavor when exposed to air. This package contains 10 packs of freshly squeezed soy sauce that has not been heat-sterilized. Please add soy sauce or wasabi when eating.

GARI

Red ginger is often used in Japanese sushi rolls.
You can always find ginger at sushi restaurants, saying “GARI”.

Wasabi

The soy sauce used for sushi and sashimi is called TAMARI.
This soy sauce is thicker than regular soy sauce and is always used for sushi and sashimi.

Makisu

"Makisu” is used to roll sushi. In addition to hand-rolling, the makisu also plays a variety of other roles in Japanese cuisine, such as when making Japanese omelettes and serving zaru soba (buckwheat noodles).
