Preparation
Fried flour 100g (a bag)
100ml water
500g chicken meat
1. Mix fried flour and water.
2. Add chicken cut into bite-sized pieces, mix well, rub in for 30 seconds, and let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 170 to 180 degrees Celsius, and deep fry the chicken for about 4 minutes.
