How to make
Each serving is about 100g.
Boil the noodles in plenty of water for about 15 minutes. Adjust the heat level, as the water may almost spray out.
After boiling, transfer the noodles to a colander and rinse them in cold water.
If you want to make hot udon, boil the noodles a little harder.
Warm the noodles with the noodle soup.
