This delicious soup stock is made from selected domestic ingredients, such as bonito kare-bushi and arabushi from Kagoshima Prefecture, shiitake mushrooms grown on logs in Kyushu, and natural Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido, without using any chemical seasonings, synthetic preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or synthetic colorings.

Salt (manufactured in Japan), dried bonito flakes powder, sugar, yeast extract (yeast extract, starch degradation product), soda bonito flakes powder, powdered soy sauce, mackerel flakes powder, Urume sardine powder, katakuchi sardine powder, bonito extract, kombu powder, shiitake mushroom powder, kombu extract, (some contain wheat, mackerel, soybeans)
Store at room temperature away from high temperature and humidity.
