How to cook
Cut curry ingredients such as meat, onions, and carrots into bite-sized pieces and saute them well in a pan.
Once the ingredients are sauteed, add water and simmer.
Add 750ml of water to 1 bag of this product.
Once the water comes to a boil, remove any raised dirt and continue to simmer.
Turn off the heat and add the roux.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened and ready to serve.
